The BRC Gas Equipment commercial structure is able to manage in a customized way the client (distributor) from the first contact, with the analysis of requirements, to the orders management.
BRC is able to manage differently and with appropriateness both After Market Customers and OEM, and it can carry out commercial policy studies on the basis of market specific requirements.
According to client requirements it plans specific promotional actions
Production area concerns aluminium and brass semi-finished manufacturing, components assembly in line and equipment assembly in the expressly assigned plant.
The company possesses transfer machines, expressly projected for turnings and specific finishes, and components assembly lines projected and developed internally.
Dedicated Installation Area
Well-established OEM alliances with the major motorcars builders are further evidence of the BRC product line's high tech and quality level. In fact BRC cooperates with many of the main trademarks in Italy and abroad: Chevrolet, Daimler-Chrysler, Dewan-Hyundai, FIAT-Tofas, Ford, Jaguar, MAN, Maruti Suzuki, Mitsubishi, PSA Peugeot-Citroën, Subaru, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, Great Wall, Volvo, Piaggio.
In order to complete the vehicles conversion activity, many big DOEM (Delayed Original Equipment Manufacturer) installation centres are operating, where serial productions of bi-fuel vehicles are carried out on behalf of several automobile trademarks, by applying industrial quality levels. Here are some ot the main ones: Chevrolet, Citroën, Hyundai, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Ford, Kia, Peugeot, Volvo and Great Wall.
In these centres assembly lines, are operating where special importance is given to:
• the assembly lines – which allow guaranteeing a product with the same quality standards;
• the testing area – where, after the kit installation, every single vehicle is tested before being returned to its manufacturer and being marketed.
BRC also possesses a “study of prototypes” area – where tests are carried out in order to verify the compatibility between systems and car models.
BRC Research&Development technical area represents roughly a 10% of whole workforce (about 50 people among technicians and engineers) and is divided into mechanic and electronic department.
Mechanic and electronic planning and study of prototypes, study of production lines, production industrialization, production process engineering and technical assistance concerns the technical area.
BRC also has a " Test and Emissions Laboratory": a test bench equipped with modal analysis system, for emissions analysis of equipment setting test, complying with regulation standards.
